📘 1. Terms & Conditions

• About the Service: MahaNursing provides personalised counselling support to help students choose and secure Nursing college admissions. We are not an exam-conducting authority or a government agency.
• Eligibility: Before enrolling, please ensure you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective Nursing courses. MahaNursing will not be responsible if you are later found ineligible.
• Scope of Service: Counselling includes, as described on our website, college data, choice filling, phone/WhatsApp support, tips, and personalised guidance until the end of the package period.
• User Details: You must provide accurate personal, academic and contact details. Invalid or false information may lead to loss of service without refund.
• License: Our advice, materials and counselling support are for your personal use only. Reselling, sharing or misusing them is prohibited.

💳 2. Payment Policy

• Current Package Price: For example, ₹499 introductory package price, subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through secure RBI-approved Indian payment gateways including UPI, cards and net-banking.
• Secure Processing: MahaNursing does not store your card details, UPI PIN or other sensitive payment credentials.
• Confirmation: Payment confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address, wherever applicable.

💰 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable: Counselling fees are generally non-refundable once the service has started.
• Exceptions: Refund may be considered only if payment is deducted but service is not initiated due to technical error or a duplicate transaction.
• Refund Process: You must email support@mahanursing.in within 48 hours of payment with transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Eligibility Disclaimer: If you later discover that you are not eligible for a course, no refund will be due.

🔐 4. Privacy Policy

• Data We Collect: Name, gender, address, WhatsApp number, email, academic details, category, marks and percentile information.
• Use of Data: Your data is used to create your counselling record, match suitable colleges, deliver personalised counselling and send updates related to the service.
• Security: Your information is stored securely. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
• Payment Details: Payment information is handled by secure payment gateways. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or similar payment credentials.
• User Rights: You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@mahanursing.in.

📝 Registration & Service

• User Registration: Users must register and create an account before accessing detailed nursing college information. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other individual.
• Find Nursing College Service: We provide information related to nursing colleges across India for educational and informational purposes only, including courses offered, fees, seat intake, approval status, admission process, location, facilities and contact information. Completeness, availability or accuracy at all times is not guaranteed.
• Paid Access: Complete college details require a one-time payment of ₹49, valid for 30 days from purchase. A new purchase is required after expiry to continue access.
• Personal & Non-Commercial Use: Information is for personal educational and career guidance only. Copying, sharing, reproducing, redistributing, selling or commercially exploiting data without written permission is prohibited.
• Account Suspension & Termination: Accounts involved in unauthorised sharing of paid content, misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.
• Modification of Terms: These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice; continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

💰 Refund, Failed Transactions & Data Accuracy

• No Refund Policy: Since the service provides immediate access to digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction or non-usage.
• Failed Transaction Policy: Refunds apply only where payment is deducted but access is not granted. Contact support with valid transaction details; after verification, the amount is refunded by the gateway or access is provided manually.
• Data Accuracy & Availability Disclaimer: College information is collected from public sources, institutions and third-party providers, and may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated details. Fees, seat intake, approval status and other details may change without notice, and some fields may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues. Users must independently verify important information with the respective college or authority. No refund, compensation or complaint will be entertained solely on the basis of inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable information.
• Eligibility Disclaimer: If you are later found ineligible for a course, no refund will be due.

📚 Account, PYQ & Exam Papers Access

• User Account & Registration: An account is required before purchasing or accessing any premium content. Purchased content is linked to the account, and one account is intended for use by one individual only.
• Nursing Courses PYQ Service: Previous Year Question Papers for ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and other programs are available for ₹9 per course package, valid for 30 days. For example, purchasing ANM 1st Year PYQ gives access to all available ANM 1st Year papers from 2008 up to the latest year during the validity period. Content appears automatically in the dashboard after payment.
• Nursing Exam Question Papers Service: Previous year papers for nursing competitive examinations are available for ₹49 per examination package, valid for 30 days, appearing automatically in the dashboard after payment.
• View-Only Access Policy: Question papers are strictly for online viewing and cannot be downloaded, printed, shared, redistributed or commercially used. Content is viewable via mobile or desktop browsers, so no device storage is used. Technical measures may be used to prevent unauthorised downloading or copying.
• Personal & Educational Use Only: Sharing account credentials or purchased content with others is strictly prohibited. Reselling, reproducing, distributing or publishing content without written permission is prohibited.
• Pricing Policy: Nursing Course PYQ access is ₹9 for 30 days; Nursing Exam Question Papers access is ₹49 for 30 days, aimed at keeping nursing educational content affordable.

🔁 Refund, Availability & Account Policy

• No Refund Policy: Since digital content is accessible immediately after purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for accidental purchase, change of mind, dissatisfaction or non-usage.
• Failed Transaction Policy: Refunds apply only in verified cases where payment is deducted but access is not granted; the amount may be refunded by the gateway or access provided manually after verification.
• Content Availability & Technical Limitations: Reasonable efforts are made to provide as many previous year papers as possible, but certain papers, years or editions may be unavailable due to source material limitations, copyright restrictions, data limitations, maintenance or technical issues. Availability of every year, examination or course is not guaranteed, and this shall not be considered a deficiency in service; no refund or complaint will be entertained on this basis alone.
• Account Suspension & Termination: Accounts involved in unauthorised sharing of paid content, attempts to bypass content protection, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.
• Modification of Terms: These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

• Purpose of Service: MahaNursing provides Nursing PPTs and educational presentations for learning, educational and informational purposes, supporting nursing students, aspirants, educators and healthcare learners across India.
• Free Access for Readers: Reading and viewing Nursing PPTs is completely free, and no account is required for viewing available PPT content.
• Account Requirement for Uploading Content: Users wishing to upload PPTs, presentations, notes or educational PDFs must create an account. Upload permission may be limited to users meeting minimum educational qualifications, and we reserve the right to approve, reject, review, edit or remove uploaded content at our discretion.
• View-Only Access Policy: Educational materials are provided for online viewing only and may not be available for downloading. Content can be viewed through mobile or desktop browsers without occupying device storage.
